A medida atende a uma a\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada \u00e0 Corte pelo PDT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um dos v\u00eddeos foi gravado por Lula na ter\u00e7a-feira (3), durante um ato em Teresina (PI). Na ocasi\u00e3o, o petista pediu aos presentes que votassem nele, em Wellington Dias para o Senado e ainda em Rafael Fonteles para o governo do Piau\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Eu queria pedir para voc\u00eas\u2026 Cada mulher ou cada homem do Piau\u00ed que tem disposi\u00e7\u00e3o de votar em mim, que tem disposi\u00e7\u00e3o de votar no Wellington, eu queria pedir para voc\u00eas que no dia 2 de outubro vote em mim, vote no Wellington, mas primeiro vote no Rafael porque ele vai cuidar do povo do Piau\u00ed \u2013 afirmou o ex-presidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diante disso, o PDT decidiu ir ao TSE e obteve uma decis\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel de Maria Claudia Bucchianeri. No documento, a ministra disse que o \u201cpr\u00e9-candidato pode muito, mas n\u00e3o pode pedir voto explicitamente, situa\u00e7\u00e3o que, ao que parece, \u00e9 aquela objeto desta
